How do I set up a subscription?
Visit any product detail page on Sensifine. Click the “Subscribe & Save” button, select the quantity and delivery frequency. The default delivery cycle is every 30, 60, or 90 days, but you can adjust your delivery schedule anytime in your customer account.
Note:
- If the “Subscribe & Save” button is not displayed on the product detail page, this product does not support subscription program.
- You can add one-time purchases to the same cart and checkout all at once. The first order will contain all items and all future subscription orders will ship out with the subscription products only. Checkout out with your billing, shipping and payment info. You will be asked to create an account for subscription orders so you can manage them moving forward.
Can I subscribe to multiple products?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple products at once! And if you want to try a new product or just need something extra, you can simply add a one-time purchase to your subscription order. Easily add or remove products from an existing subscription at any time.
How do I change my delivery frequency?
Please log in to your account. On the "My Account" page, click the "Subscriptions" button to view your current subscriptions that are in an "Active" or "Paused" state. Click on any order to view its details; on this page, you can modify the delivery schedule and frequency for that subscription.
Can I pause or skip a shipment?
Absolutely! You can log in to your account at any time to pause your subscription.
On your account page, click on "My Account," then click the "Subscriptions" button. On the subscription management page, select the specific subscription you wish to manage, view its details, and then proceed to manage (or cancel) it. You can also reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time. Additionally, you have the option on this page to skip an upcoming delivery shipment.
How do I update my billing information?
Please log in to your customer account. On the "Account" page, click "Subscriptions" to view your current subscriptions that are in either an "Active" or "Paused" state. Select the subscription plan you wish to manage to locate its "Contract ID."
Send an email to support@gmail.com, providing the Contract ID and explaining your request; Sensifine will then assist you in updating your billing information.
How do I update my shipping address?
Please log in to your account. On the "My Account" page, click "Subscriptions" to view your current subscriptions that are in either an "Active" or "Paused" state. Select the subscription plan you wish to manage to locate its "Contract ID."
Send an email to support@gmail.com, providing the Contract ID and explaining your request; Sensifine will then assist you in updating your shipping address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log in to your account at any time to pause or cancel your subscription. On the "My Account" page, click "Subscriptions" to view your currently active or paused subscriptions, then click the "Cancel" button corresponding to the subscription you wish to cancel or pause.
How does subscription pricing work?
All subscribers are guaranteed extra savings! You will save 5% off the current list price at the time of shipment. If you notice a change in your subscription price, it is most likely due to a change in that product’s list price. Please note, discount codes may not be combined with your subscription discount.
