Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains Sensifine's practices for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. It applies to purchases made through sensifine.com. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview —30-Day Unopened Returns

You may return products purchased from sensifine.com for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with factory seals intact. Sensifine does not accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or whose factory seal has been broken.

Example: If the outer seal of a box of pen needles is broken, the item is not eligible for return even if individual needles inside appear intact.

2. Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Orders may be canceled at no cost. If you cancel before we ship, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.To cancel an order, please contact support@sensifine.com.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to return a shipped order, please wait until delivery and then follow the standard return process in this Policy.

3. Return Eligibility & Reporting Damages

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and unused and returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are damaged, used, returned without factory seals, or otherwise not in new condition are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@sensifine.com with photos and a description of the issue.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email support@sensifine.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender or refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization, a return shipping label (if applicable), and instructions for packaging and shipment.

5. Shipping Charges & Who Pays Return Shipping

If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged due to our error: Sensifine will reimburse your original shipping costs and will provide/prepay return shipping.

For all other returns (customer-requested returns): the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.

If your order qualified for free shipping, any refund for a customer-requested return will be reduced by the actual shipping cost we incurred for the original shipment.

6. Return Receipt, Inspection & Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will inspect them.

We will notify you within 3 business days after receipt whether the return is approved.

If approved, we will process the refund (or ship an exchange) promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Refund Timing

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account (often up to 5–10 business days). If you do not see the refund after checking with your bank, please contactsupport@sensifine.com and we will assist.

8. Exchanges

If you request an exchange and the replacement item is in stock, we will ship the replacement after we receive and approve your returned item. Exchange shipping costs follow the same rules as returns (see Section 5).

9. Unauthorized or Improper Returns

Returns shipped without prior authorization, returned in non-compliant condition, or sent to an incorrect address may be refused or returned to sender at the customer' s expense.
